An essential part of Sigma.AI’s Internal Information System is the Internal Information Channel. The Internal Information Channel is the preferred channel for reporting on actions or omissions provided for in Law 2/2023, of February 20, which regulates the protection of people who report regulatory violations and the fight against corruption.
It constitutes a communication channel through which communications can be sent about risks or suspicions of irregular conduct and regulatory non-compliance. In this way, the responsible body will investigate them and, where appropriate, will adopt the appropriate preventive, corrective or sanctioning measures.
