The Internal Information Channel is the preferred channel for reporting on actions or omissions provided for in Law 2/2023, of February 20, which regulates the protection of people who report regulatory violations and the fight against corruption.
It constitutes an anonymous communication channel through which communications can be sent about risks or suspicions of irregular conduct and regulatory non-compliance. In this way, the responsible body will investigate them and, where appropriate, will adopt the appropriate preventive, corrective or sanctioning measures.

Legal basis: Compliance with a legal obligation.
Recipients: Data will not be shared with third parties unless required by law. No international transfers will be made.
Rights: You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, and other rights set out in the additional information. You can exercise them by writing to the controller's postal address and/or by emailing dpo@sigma.ai. You may also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) through its website www.aepd.es.
