Environmental responsibility
We align our efforts with the Paris Agreement to reduce 50% of our carbon emissions by 2030 and achieve neutrality by 2050.
Our carbon footprint is measured annually, and we have a detailed reduction plan in place.
We buy 100% renewable energy for our offices in Madrid and London.
We prioritize the sustainable use of energy and raw materials in all our operations, and conduct training for both on-site and remote employees to reduce energy use and recycle.
We prevent pollution by completely eliminating plastic bottles from our operation, and instead providing refillable recycled bottles.
We improve the environment, such as planting trees through a reforestation project.
Social responsibility
We uphold ethical standards that ensure the well-being and fair treatment of our employees. In particular, we strive to hire people from marginalized communities.
-> We are committed to fostering a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace, and coach our employees to work cross-culturally and prevent bias.
-> We have a multicultural workforce from 120+ countries and speaks over 600 languages and dialects.
-> We employ more than 70% women, in all levels of the company.
-> We employ at least 2% of people with disabilities and support Social Employment Centers.
-> Around 78% of remote workers live in low-income communities or rural areas. We also partner with over 30 vendors and organizations, mostly in Asia and Africa, to create local jobs.
-> Our CSR quarterly impact sourcing report highlights efforts like helping young people secure their first job and hiring individuals who have been unemployed for over two years.
Promoting the welfare of our team

-> We partner with organizations to create employee volunteer opportunities, such as tree planting and employment workshops for refugees.
-> We offer initiatives such as fresh fruit in the office, and healthy lifestyle education to help our people live better.
Governance responsibility
We have joined the UN Global Compact, and we align our operations with its principles.

-> We adhere to ethical standards in our supply chain and treatment of employees.
-> We are committed to submitting an annual report based on the UN Global Compact’s 10 Principles for transparency and progress.
Philanthropic activities
We collaborate with international non-governmental organizations on diverse causes, especially supporting emergency assistance and children’s education.

We train employees to avoid bias. We also assist immigrants and refugees to support their employment.
Fundación Juan XXIII, AFANIAS, & Fundación Randstad
We support Social Employment Centers for people with disabilities.
Reforesta
Our employees, through company-sponsored volunteer days, planted more than 80 native trees this year.
Misiones Salesianas
We donate to support training projects for young people in Africa, the Americas, Europe, and the Middle East. We also donate funds to support Ukrainian refugees.
